By activating or using Lior Mobile, you agree to these Terms of Use and any access-control rules set by your organization.
Authorized Use
Lior Mobile is for authorized users only. You may use the app only with a valid mobile credential issued to you by Lior Core or your organization. Do not share your device, invite code, or credential with another person.
Access Control
Only unlock doors you are authorized to access. Facility policies, controller status, network availability, administrator changes, and safety rules may affect access. Lior Mobile is not an emergency access system.
Device And Permissions
Some features require network access, location, precise location, device security, and a compatible iPhone. Disabling permissions may limit or prevent mobile credential features.
Credential Security
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and promptly reporting a lost, stolen, transferred, or compromised device to your organization administrator or Lior Mobile support. Your organization may revoke, suspend, or replace a mobile credential at any time.
Prohibited Use
You may not bypass security, attack or disrupt the platform, reverse engineer the app, attempt unauthorized access, misuse unlock functions, or use Lior Mobile in violation of law or your organization's rules.
Availability And Changes
Service availability may vary. Features may be updated, suspended, or changed to improve security, reliability, compliance, or compatibility.
Privacy
Use of Lior Mobile is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is used, how it is used, and how to request deletion or revoke permissions.
Intellectual Property
The app, design, software, and Lior Core marks are owned by Lior Core or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for authorized access-control purposes.
Disclaimers And Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lior Mobile is provided as is and as available. Lior Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use or inability to use the app.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for Lior Mobile, support, maintenance, claims, warranties, product claims, intellectual property claims, or legal compliance claims. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries where required by App Store rules.
